TabataRep — Terms of Use

By using TabataRep you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What TabataRep is — and is not

TabataRep is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It estimates exercise form from a camera. Its scores are guidance for training, not a clinical assessment, and they can be wrong — particularly if the phone is badly placed or the light is poor.

Exercise carries risk. You are responsible for training safely and within your ability. If you have a condition that might make exercise unsafe, speak to a doctor first. Calorie figures are estimates from a standard equation and are labelled as such.

Subscriptions

TabataRep Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Manage or cancel in your store account settings — not in the app. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their own policies. We cannot issue a refund directly, but tell us if something is wrong and we will help.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your email access secure — anyone who can receive your sign-in link can reach your account. You may ask us to delete your account and any synced data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its services, and do not use it to record or score anyone without their knowledge.

Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel through your store account.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, TabataRep is provided "as is", and TNT The Next Tech Limited is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
